Mediation is a structured method by which the people involved in a conflict attempt to resolve their points of contention in a voluntary and responsible manner with the help of an independent and impartial mediator. These solutions ought to provide a framework for the future for all participants.

Mediation looks for ways to lead people from differing positions towards realistic solutions that are passable for all concerned.
As a mediator, I also employ different tools available to me.

Solutions found and results obtained through mediation have proven to be more stable than results arrived at by other means. Hence, mediation offers an attractive alternative to litigation. Meditation reduces mental stress and material burden for all stakeholders.

To succeed with mediation it is vitally important that the mediator picks up and interprets the subtleties of a dialogue. I have lived and worked in English speaking countries for many years. Therefore, I can and do offer English Mediation in addition to mediation in German.
